Sesame Cardi

Yarn: Patons Classic Merino Wool in Blue Storm
Needles: Size 6 circs
Pattern: Sesame (size small)
REstarted: August 25, 2009
Completed: November 28, 2009
The knitting was finished for this way back in October. The seaming of the shoulders took forever. It also took forever just to find some buttons. I'm still not quite happy with the ones I had to settle for. This was definitely a learning experience. I have learned that patterns with set-in sleeves, are ones I need to stay away from!!

ishbel

Yarn: Three Irish Girls Springvale Sport in Rosewood
Needles: Size 3 circs
Pattern: Ishbel
Started: June 10, 2009
Completed: June 25, 2009

This was a fun knit. I would've finished it sooner had I not changed my mind after I had already started chart B in the small size. It looked
way too small so I ripped back to the stockinette part and opted to do the large version. Once I got to the lace charts, near the very end, I knew I was going to run out of yarn! So there was a yarn emergency as well. All in all, it turned out fantastic and it's all because of the yarn!
